Return Policy

Returns are not allowed unless a product is severely damaged in transit or grossly misrepresented. A damaged product may be considered for a refund under the appropriate circumstances. We will schedule a pickup of the item and issue a refund once the problem has been confirmed with the courier. If you happen to decide to return an item for any other reason, the return must be authorized by us first. We need to receive it in its original condition, still packaged with all tags. There will be a 15-25% processing fee applied in such a case.
